HOW TO ORDER

All custom items require two to three weeks to complete from the day payment is received. The holidays are an extremely busy time so please order early.
To place an order, print out the order form, fill in all the vital information and pop it into the mail with your image(s), artwork and payment to the address below. *All original artwork and images will be returned unharmed.

Keep in mind that whatever flat art you send will be scanned and reduced here in the studio. We will crop images if we believe it will improve the final product. Pease make a note on the order form if you DO NOT want your images cropped. We can also do minor color corrections and change color photos to black & white or Sepia tone. Retouching is a whole other project! Should you have images that need retouching and then made into charms, please call.

If your images are in electronic format, you can e-mail them to us along with all the information from the order form.  Download the order form for pricing, or call for imformation. We must have your e-mail address and/or phone number incase there is a question about your order or have a suggestion for improvement. Feel free to add any details and notes that will help us give you exactly what you want.  Checks and money orders can be sent to the PO Box below; make sure your name, e-mail address and phone number are with your check. You can also use Paypal as detailed below.

     * Please note: if you are nervous about sending original work, send color photocopies and keep the originals at home. We cannot be held responsible for anything lost in transit. However, if you are local to the Orange-Rockland area of New York, we can make special arrangements to meet and use your original artwork if you prefer.
